All materials needed to complete your project will be selected for you, and a final design plan with the chosen selections included in a 3D rendering will be provided so you can see it all come together. Your contractor will be given a set of plans for the space and a project book that includes the layout and placement of your selected materials. This plan includes everything you need for your remodel and will be architect ready to stamp and submit to the city. This package includes a demo, lighting and plumbing plan, plus a 1 hour consult with a professional organizer and 1 hour of organization pre-demo.
